✨ A Heart for Service. A Legacy of Impact. A Vision for the Future. ✨
Over the years, many people have asked me to describe the work I do and how I manage to find the time. Truthfully, it’s hard to put into words all that God has allowed me to accomplish through faith, dedication, and a commitment to serve others. But today, I was honored and humbled to see my incredible team sum up some of my assignments and accomplishments.
Below is a snapshot of the work I’ve been blessed to do—work that’s only possible with God’s guidance and the unwavering support of my community. My prayer is that these efforts inspire you to join me on this journey and encourage you to Cast Your Vote for me to continue making an impact!
🌟 Here’s a Glimpse of the Work I’ve Been Called to Do:
✔️ During the pandemic, I raised funds and provided $10,000 grants to struggling businesses across the country, ensuring they could stay open.
✔️ Purchased and delivered with my team, over $150 worth of groceries per household to more than 1,000 senior citizens and single-family homes.
✔️ Helped hundreds of ex-offenders, youth, veterans and the disabled, find jobs and provided permanent housing to over 400 homeless individuals—some who were in shelters for more than 20 years .
✔️ Used my own birthday to give groceries to countless families in Garfield Park in Chicago.
✔️ Advocated tirelessly to save a 45-year-old Black-owned business, shedding light on the issue through local broadcast media outlets, and rallied support directly from the community, until local officials stepped in with promises to fix the problem.
✔️ Provided over $4,000 worth of groceries in Maywood, IL, while encouraging residents to vote.
✔️ Partnered with tech organizations to distribute over 1,000 computers across Cook County in Illinois, helping students, mothers, and community members bridge the digital divide.
✔️ Raised $100 million for development on Chicago’s Westside in 2019/2020, laying the groundwork for progress before political challenges intervened.
✔️ Built and successfully grew three Chambers of Commerce to support local businesses and economic growth.
And that’s just a glimpse! From providing hope and resources to empowering communities, my mission has always been rooted in faith and love for people.
🙏 I need your support to keep going. Cast your vote and help me continue the work God has placed in my hands. Together, we can make an even greater impact.
Thank you for your trust, your prayers, and your belief in the power of service. Let’s keep building stronger communities—one step at a time.
💙 With gratitude,
Siri Hibbler

We are excited to announce that we are a recipient of the Chicago Bulls Charities Grant! We are so grateful and honored to be nominated and awarded this opportunity to continue serving our communities!!
Our Founder is the recipient of many awards for her passion and dedication to empowering individuals in marginalized communities. A serial entrepreneur and inspiring leader, Siri is known for giving out groceries on her birthday and throughout the years to individuals and families. She launched the Covid-19 African American Relief Fund in 2020 at the height of the Covid pandemic, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars in less than 3 months that allowed her to give out funds to businesses throughout the country to help them sustain their businesses, provide fresh groceries to senior citizens and single parents with children, and support to our front-line workers. Our leader is not just a visionary, she is a creative thinker, planner, strategist and implementor. In addition to being recognized for her Global impact, she has received several awards for her work in social services, economic and business development, including:
Over 80 million people in more than 70 countries are fighting hunger, homelessness, violence and unemployment. We're here to help. On any given night over 500,000 people experience homelessness in the United States. This number is predicted to rise unless there is a significant shift in the economic growth and development of our communities.
We are a not-for-profit, 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt organization that exist to eradicate homelessness, violence, trauma, drug addiction and poverty, bringing hope to the hopeless and vulnerable, in marginalized communities throughout America.
Field of Dreams Visionary Center was created by Siri Hibbler, our Founder during a time that she was experiencing homelessness. FODVC was incorporated in January 2016. We opened our first office in 2017 in the East Garfield Park Community where we served approximately 400 clients per month, and received approximately 100 calls per day.
We provide housing placement, violence prevention programs, drug addiction, trauma, anger management and domestic violence counseling, workforce development, financial literacy, entrepreneur training, job placement, re-entry services, wealth building programs and Youth STEAM (TM) (Science, Technology, Entertainment, Art and Media) after-school & Summer programs.
In 2018, our Founder researched and developed the first extended aftercare *Addiction treatment program in the State of Illinois. We are raising funds for this center on Chicago's westside in hopes of opening in 2025/26.
We are also excited to announce that in 2022, FODVC launched the first Illinois *Homebuyer Roadshow (TM), bringing resources for homebuying including downpayment assistance to marginalized communities. In addition, we provide homebuyer coaching services, workshops and credit repair counseling. These initiatives have been established to help lift individuals out of poverty and homelessness into wealth and ownership.
Field of Dreams Visionary Center is a social service agency, providing food, clothing, housing and job placement resources for the homeless and low-income families, and individuals. We provide workers to help staff nonprofits, small business for FREE, you pay the workers not us. We offer several programs to help workers sustain employment, including Career Development Coaching and Advising, Financial Counseling, Team Building Training and Crisis Prevention. We are always in need of volunteers, so please feel free to join us to work on our Advisory Board and/or with our programs.
Most of us are fortunate enough to have a home to go to and a comfortable bed to sleep in daily. But for many people, access to these simple pleasures have been lost due to many unfortunate circumstances...job loss, health, low wages, debt.
Without income it is impossible to be self-sufficient, and provide for a family. Providing workforce training and job opportunities restores hope, security and happiness.
Providing individuals with the tools they need to succeed and create positive change throughout disinvested communities is essential. Launched in 2017, in our Non-Violence workshops, attendees learn about crisis intervention, street advocacy and more.
Since 2017 FODVC has helped move hundreds of individuals out of shelters into homes reuniting them with their families like Mr. Page.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and enhance our programs. Your generous donation will fund our mission. *This photo is a caption of our youth visiting the Gene Siskel Film Center as part of their training in our STEAM program.*
We love our clients, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
